Banana Choc Chip Muffin Smoothie

Your kids are going to love you for this smoothie. They will think it is the absolute best that they can have a ‘treat’ for breakfast but little do they know that they are actually having an extremely nutritious meal.

Ingredients:¼ cup oats1 frozen banana, chopped1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon cacao nibs1 tablespoon cacao1 tablespoon almond butter1 cup cashew milkMethod:Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 60 sec until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.Serves 1
