Salted Caramel Smoothie

A delicate balance of sweet and salty makes this smoothie absolutely delicious.  It makes the perfect breakfast or snack during the day.  You are guaranteed to enjoy every mouthful. 

Ingredients:1 frozen banana, chopped2 dates, pittedpinch of sea salt1 tablespoon unhulled tahini1 cup almond milk1 cup iceMethod:Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 60 sec until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.Serves 1
