Peppermint Pineapple Smoothie

Any chance I get I will add as many greens as possible to my smoothies and this one is no different with the inclusion of spinach and avocado.  A subtle sweetness is achieved through the pineapple and banana, topped off with a beautiful freshness from the mint.  

Ingredients:¾ cup pineapple, chopped1 frozen banana, sliced2 tablespoons cacao nibs1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter¼ avocado1 tablespoon flaxseeds¼ teaspoon peppermint essence¼ cup fresh mint leaves1&1/2 cups spinach leaves1 cup almond milkMethod:Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 60 sec until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and enjoy.Serves 1
